HB 100                                                                                            
Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
House consider the Senate message (page 721) on the following at this                               
time:                                                                                               
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 100                                                                              
    "An Act establishing the third Saturday of each June as Juneteenth                              
    Day."                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
and                                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100(STA)                                                           
    (same title)                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
Representative James moved that the House concur in the Senate                                      
amendment to HB 100, thus adopting SCS HB 100(STA), and
